for which the Offerings are being used pursuant to these Terms. In such event, You warrant and represent that as the
individual using the Offerings, You are authorized to agree to these Terms on behalf of the Company for which the Offerings

whatUseek and/or its licensors. |

whatUseek does not warrant or guarantee 1) the accuracy, adequacy, quality, currentness, validity, completeness, or
